Show up, draw partners, play nine.
Men’s league has run at Riverside for as long as anyone in the clubhouse can remember. The format stays the same: turn up Monday afternoon, sign in at the pro shop, get paired up, play nine. The skins, the side bets, and the standings sort themselves out from there.
What to expect
We typically tee off at 5:30 PM through the long summer evenings. On opening nights and closing nights the format shifts a little — a four-ball scramble, a steak supper after — but most weeks it’s simple, quick, and over before the sun gives up on the day.
Joining in
There’s no formal signup. Show up. Bring cash for green fees if you’re not a member, and a couple of bills for the skins pot. Newcomers are always welcome — leave your handicap at the door.
Note: Brendan, when you have the current season’s exact start time, dues structure, and any rule sheet, paste it in here in place of the placeholder copy above.
